First of all, it’s every girls desire to have beautiful thighs that are tight. Here are some ideas on how you can tighten them.
1.Knee Hugs -this is a best method to tighten your thighs. You lift you knees slowly and you can choose to do it according to your own pace.
2.Squatting– secondly it’s squats. This method may seem simple but it’s not. You need to put more effort on this method. Fifty squats every morning and evening will really help a lot.
3. Jogging – similarly make it a habit to jog every morning and evening before you shower.
4. Running – this is an important way in maintaining your thighs. Furthermore, don’t worry if you don’t have a field close by , you can just use you compound and run every morning before you take anything.
5. Lunges – this is helpful a lot . You don’t have to strain with this one . Just step one leg forward as you kneel the other leg . You continue repeating that procedure like twenty times. Don’t give up!

3 Too occupied with his work . He never plans for you too lover birds to meet unless it’s you who insist on meeting him. This clearly shows his not into you as you thought.
4.He never introduces you to his friends as his girl. This clearly shows that he doesn’t appreciate you as his girl.
5 .His always serious in everything he does . He doesn’t crack jokes when your together, his always sensitive with whatever you say or do
Ladies you don’t deserve that, you deserve a man who appreciates you always,his caring and always there when you need him .If he shows above signs just tell him “boy bye!!”
- Keep yourself busy with what you love doing e.g swimming, hiking.
- Regularly maintain your relation with your friends as they a person heal first. When talking your able to let go all emotions.
- Avoid all things to do with love emotions,eg soap operas since you’ll feel emotionally weak.
- Give yourself time to heal. Do not rush to another relationship since you might end up heartbroken again.

- Take a trip , move to another area and meet new people where you might not be in physical contact with your partner.

1.Dancing: dancing is an activity that’s pleasant and fun to do it. Find yourself a room that has enough space for you to dance comfortably without interruption. Then be active as you continue to belly dance and you’ll notice that there is a change in your belly. All you need is put your favorite music that makes you wanna dance til you reach the stars.
2.sit-ups: before you sleep you can aim to be doing at least 10 sit-ups before you sleep. This will help tighten the muscles around your waist.
3: Drinking boiled water mixed with gingers,lemon, garlic and honey. Honey is a natural sugar that helps reduce the bitterness in the mixed water. If you drink this mixed water in the morning before taking your breakfast you’ll realize a great change with your belly. Don’t forget to leave your comments.
4. Skipping: it’s necessary that you buy a jumping rope and make sure that per day you at least jump so as to burn extra calories.
5. Avoid late night supper. Guys just try your best to eat at least two hours before you go to bed .
